Shipping and Returns

You are our highest priority! We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, so we accept returns within fifteen days. 

 

Shipping: Unless otherwise stated, our products ship within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase, via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. We do not ship internationally (outside of the U.S.) at this time.

Damage Claims: We're so sorry! We work hard to pack your items carefully, but sometimes accidents happen. Please reach out to aaron@nativerange.com with photos of your damaged items. We will resend your order immediately. You do not need to mail your damaged item back to us.

Returns: We accept returns for any reason. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return, and then return the item within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will refund you within three days of receiving your return.

Terms of Service: When you buy from our shop you are supporting a small business. By making a purchase from us you agree that you have:

     Submitted appropriate and accurate payment for item(s) purchased
     Provided accurate shipping information
